Vacuum Lifting Cylinders

HENNIG VACUUM LIFTING CYLINDERS - VACUUM-OPERATED

Small vacuum lifting cylinders are suitable for simultaneously sucking and lifting thin, porous and flat objects, such as for separating paper, veneer, thin sheets, etc. They are also used to extract parts from injection-moulding dies.

Large lifting cylinders serve to lift and stack metal sheets and heavy parts. The entire work cycle is controlled by applying and cutting the vacuum; no additional valves or cylinders are needed.

Additional benefits:

  • Brief cycle times, low mass for rapid positioning
  • No compression of presorted objects
  • Compensation of height differences
  • Torsionally rigid pistons for geometrically precise extraction
  • Flexible mounting

HENNIG VACUUM LIFTING CYLINDERS - PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED

These vacuum cylinders are designed for picking up and stacking all kinds of object.

The lifting cylinder consists of a cylinder with generator and a vacuum suction cup (whose shape and material will vary to suit the work in hand).

In its normal position, the cylinder is moved out; when compressed air is applied, the generator will generate a vacuum. As soon as the suction cup makes contact with an object, the cylinder will retract, holding the object tight.
